For our warehouse in Woerden, we are looking for an E-commerce Logistics Associate. Together with the team, you make sure webshop orders are processed accurately, safely and on time.

At Leatherbox, you’ll work in a small, friendly and close-knit team within a young and growing company. The atmosphere is informal and collaborative: we work hard, but we do it together, with room for connection, discussion and personal initiative.

As a start-up, no two days are the same. You’re not just asked to think along, you’re truly part of the process. Your responsibilities may expand into areas such as inventory management, purchasing or improving logistics processes. If you see something that can be done smarter or better, we’re always open to your ideas.

You’ll work with international customers and high-quality products, where attention and care really matter. Orders aren’t packed “just quickly”, but with a strong focus on quality and the person receiving the package. We’re looking for someone who is social and hands-on, yet also able to work in a structured way. Someone who takes responsibility, shows initiative and enjoys helping build a company that is still very much evolving and enjoys the adventure along the way.

Hours: 28 to 36 hours per week
Workdays: spread over 4 to 5 days

What we are looking for

✔ You are at least 17 years old

✔ You speak and understand Dutch, safe working comes first

✔ You live within a maximum of 60 minutes travel time from our warehouse

✔ You enjoy working in a team and are someone others can rely on

✔ You take initiative, are flexible and do not shy away from change
