Shipping and delivery
Made your choice? Then it's our turn. After receiving your order and payment, we will send your favorite items and our warmest regards with the delivery person within 1 to 3 working days. You will receive an email from us as soon as your package is on its way. You will also receive a separate email from the shipping party with track & trace information. Count on a delivery time between 2 to 5 working days. Within the Netherlands, delivery is usually slightly faster. Because we have no influence on how hard the postman steps on the accelerator, the stated delivery times are always indicative.
We understand that hasty speed is sometimes good. That is why you can also choose fast delivery with UPS Express when ordering. You pay a little more shipping costs, but you can start your design faster.
Shipping is free for orders from € 75 in the Netherlands and Belgium and from €200 in the rest of Europe.
We hope your hands start itching to get started as soon as our package hits the mat. Is it disappointing and you are not completely satisfied with your purchase? Returns are possible at Leatherbox up to 14 days after receipt of your order. This is allowed by post, or at our store.
How does it work?
- Register the return within 5 working days after receiving your order via our contact form. Please state the order number and the reason for the return shipment.
- Pack the product as well as possible, preferably in the original packaging. Include the packing slip in the package.
- Return your order to our store, or send it by post within 14 days. Do this in the same way as you received the order (so do not turn a personally delivered package into a letterbox package).
- As soon as we receive the return products in their original condition, we aim to refund your money within 5 working days. We will contact you if necessary.

- Returns are only possible if the products are unused and untouched.

- Do you want to exchange your return for something else? Then place a new order in the webshop. We process your return separately.
