Due to the way the teeth are positioned on the tape and the width of the zipper elements, you get a very smooth and solid zipper. The polished metal also provides a beautiful shine and luxurious appearance. You use this closed bottom (closed-end) zipper for applications where the two zipper parts remain attached to each other at the bottom, such as a bag. And do you want to go one step further? Zipper on roll
A zipper on a roll is supplied without sliders, pullers and bottom and top stops. You can order these separately in the webshop. The zipper on a roll is cut per meter. When ordering several meters, we deliver the zipper in one piece.

Our zippers are of the very best, durable quality. But your zipper should not only be beautiful, but also suitable for your application. That's why we like to give you a few tips before you order.
Colors and finishes
Our zippers and zipper components have a special finish that makes them suitable for leather applications. The zippers and zipper parts are made of metal and finished with a color. A gold finish does not mean that you order a zipper made of real gold. The Elite finishes do contain real precious metals in the product. Colors and gloss may look slightly different on a screen than in real life. Is the exact tape color important? Ask about the possibilities to receive a color card. Also keep in mind that colors can vary slightly per batch.
Applications
There are many types of zippers, each with their own applications and properties. This can sometimes be a bit confusing. We give you the best possible advice in the webshop. Therefore, always read the accompanying texts and specifications, or search for a suitable zipper in the menu on 'application'. Are you unsure whether a zipper is suitable for your project? Shipping and delivery
Made your choice? Then it's our turn. After we receive your order and payment, we hand your favourite items and our warmest regards to the courier within 1 to 3 working days. You'll get an email from us as soon as your package is on its way, and a separate email from the carrier with track & trace information. Count on a delivery time of 2 to 5 working days. Within the Netherlands it's usually a little faster. Because we have no influence on how hard the courier presses the accelerator, all delivery times are indicative.
We understand that sometimes speed matters. That's why you can also choose fast delivery with UPS Express when you order. You pay a little more in shipping, but you can start on your design sooner.
The total value of your order must be at least EUR 20.

Returns and right of withdrawal
We hope your hands start itching to get started the moment our package hits the mat. Is it disappointing, and are you not completely happy with your purchase? You have 14 days to change your mind, counted from the day you received the last item in your order. Hasn't your order shipped yet? Then you can simply cancel it.
Submit your return or cancellation through your account. You sign in with your email address and a code we send you, so no password needed, and you receive a confirmation straight away. You can return by post or at our wholesale store in Woerden.
You may unpack and inspect the product the way you would in a shop. If it loses value because you went further than that, we may deduct that loss from your refund. Return shipping costs are for your own account.
Shortened zippers and custom made zippers are produced to your own specification and are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
